Patent lineage, made visible
Invalidity · Infringement
The new Family view (under the “Patent details” tab) maps applications and publications across jurisdictions, with a visual timeline. Claim amendment analysis matches amendments to the right family documents, making changes easier to follow.
European patents now include the EPO prosecution trail, and US patents now feature district-court litigation, PTAB proceedings, and appeals, where available.

Family graph showing continuations, divisionals, and CIPs across jurisdictions.

Filing and publication timeline across 12 jurisdictions.
Configurable and more visual charts
Invalidity · Infringement · Novelty
Claim charts now make visual evidence easier to work with. Add relevant passages or create your own snippets from patent drawings, product images, brochures, and captured pages directly in a chart cell. Every item links back to its source document.

From 1,000+ patents to the ones that matter
FTO
FTO analysis in Stilta is now faster and easier to audit. Stilta’s agents search and analyze autonomously, then generate yes/no invention questions (e.g., “Does the product involve pellet production?”). Each answer instantly informs limitation coverage across several ambiguous mappings, enabling a quick, auditable sort through patents while refining the invention details.
Less time on repetitive review, more on the patents that matter.

Small changes that add up
Generate reports (default template) led by theories and conclusions, with ranked risks/grounds, next steps, and claim-by-claim analysis
Export selected claim-chart references as focused Word tables in one click
Choose the colors used in your claim charts for faster visual scanning (brown or red/green-scale)
